  ordered the double big cheesy bacon burger & it was not worth it for $15. to start off, the burger was a mess and falling apart, the bacon is stale, the patties were dry, and they use way too much sauce. the worst part was that i sat waiting at the drive through for ten minutes before the food came out, it seemed as if the workers were inexperienced and they threw this burger together in a rush. ten minutes is about the same amount of time you’d wait for at a sit down restaurant for a burger and you’d pay for about the same — at the least in a sit down restaurant, you’d have a quality burger. do yourself a favor and do not purchase burgers from this location.

  They have no idea how to handle customers. They completely lack basic manners when speaking. The food is great, but they possess absolutely no sense of etiquette. They spend the entire day chatting amongst themselves. Furthermore—and this is a significant issue—they close the store ahead of schedule; despite the official closing time being 9:00 PM, they shut down as early as 8:45 PM.

  I finally tried Arby's out for the first time this morning and while it's not out of this world, it's pretty good for what you pay. The diner looks clean and modern. The employees were also very nice and greeted me on my way in and got my order done just as I was getting my soda. They were super quick.

  Service and food were fine. I wouldn't come here if it wasn't the closest Arby's to me solely because I'm not religious and they're playing Christian radio constantly. If this was a small chain, sure, whatever, but I guarantee you I'm not the only person annoyed by a manager or franchise owner of a corporate brand forcing their non-Christian employees and customers to listen to their religious beliefs while they're trying to eat.
