  Service is amazing with super polite employees and we come specifically out of our way to come to this Wendy's. Food is always cooked extremely fresh and no complaints. Very clean as well. The older Mexican gentleman who I think is the manager is amazing

  It's a Wendy's...but clean, not very busy, very good food for it's category. They have a fish sandwich on the menu again for under $5 which is good. The coffee uses real half and half for creamer and their app always had coupons. The staff here were exceptionally patient, helpful and friendly!

  The drive through worker (whose name I can't recall, but average height, white, hand tattoos) took my friend's card, and then had us pull up past the drive through window and then back up while his card was in their possession. The worker then did not return the card until I asked where the card was; he grabbed it where it was just laying on the counter, easy to steal information from. I wouldn't recommend using card or the drive through at all, only the inside kiosk where you have control of your card. My friend locked/froze his card immediately with the hope it would not trigger false transactions in case they stole his card information. I tried calling Wendy's corporate, and after selecting to give feedback on my visit their automated system hung up on me, and continues to do so.

  As a former fast food worker I am well aware how sauces are kept in bottles in the fridge and am very upset that they were unwilling to add any mapple butter to my #4. Like your cook cant walk 5 feet. Open the fridge door, grab one bottle and sauce me up. I know they dont have biscuits after breakfast as they take time to cook but the butter is prepared already. Usualy a day or 2 in advance. Like I would even tip the employees if they would just do the simplest thing. Will not be returning here. Especially when several other Wendy's within a 15 minute drive of this location have successfully done what I asked and given me the sauce i like in the lunch sandwich. Like they got outdone by least 3 other stores who have wonderfully employees.
