  I went in last week and had an AMAZING experience in person. I actually had such a great experience, and im new to the area, I wanted to go back again today. I called to try and ask: does this location do a bogo special on sandwhiches? (When I went in last, the employee mentioned it to me, but I dont see any promotions online for it was wanted to call and confirm). Called 4 times, was hung up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.The person answering the phone would say "hello?"- wouldn't preface that it's Subway, and immediately hung up when I started asking my above question. This happened 2 more times. Then, on the 4th call a different person picked up, this time prefacing this is Subway and stated the person prior picking up the phone simply just couldn't hear me (they didnt even stay on the line more than 5 seconds after answering, they never said hello more than once and kept immediately hanging up). When I clarified this to the new person now picking up the phone and explain this had been such a bad/ weird experience, he also hung up the phone. All I wanted to know is if the place does bogo or not man. I have no idea why they have such an issue answering this but we will be going to the Subway further down the street on Sunrise and Cirby (the ones next to Jimboys). Called them right after this interaction and had a MUCH BETTER experience. Also confirmed they are owed by different people, so this will now be our go to location. To the employee on Halloween who made my sandwhich, I appreciate you. But I cannot believe the experience I just had with yalls phones/customer service.

  Food is ok but your employee was very rude to me and basically called me a liar. I ordered my sandwich but didn't stay close to the counter when she was making it. When I walked up to pay I noticed that the sandwich was a footlong which I had not ordered. I told her I didn't want a footlong. She told me that I had ordered footlong. When I repeated that I didn't want a footlong she said "then you shouldn't have told me that." I will not be giving my business to this Subway franchise again. .

  I love this subway,the people working there are really great. The Guy here "Karan" really did their job very well:)

  The store is nice and the staff is friendly, but every time I have come in there has only been 1 person working! Even on the weekends! They need to hire more people if they want to stop people leaving...
