- KCKimber Chin4 days ago5.0Adrian Willis was so helpful, especially when the app wasn’t working and we were upset we got dragged in on an offer and the password reset was supposedly successful but still would log in. We also noticed him really huddling on the floor, delivering food and watching the register.

The cooks are amazing, I have to say those fried brussel sprouts were my favorite item. CONS: pricey about $18 on average per person. Absolutely terrible customer service! The front end workers are too young, inexperienced, and don't know how to handle transactions in general but especially have trouble with transactions involving any type of discount or adjustments to orders. Our cashier was very polite but needed a lot of help using the POS system. Also, one of his coworkers seemed very annoyed when we politely asked for anything including things she forgot like food or drink cups. This customer service seems like management's fault because the front workers seemed overworked and undertrained. This location has great cooks BUT it needs to better train their cashiers and servers because they really made us not want to come back.

Thank you for the opportunity to give the feedback… I’m posting my salad because it was exquisite and delicious. I had the chicken bacon ranch salad. It was divine.
