  This was my first time eating inside of a Panera. If the food wasn't good, I would have given them a lower score. My daughter came in on a rainy day, and it was colder inside to the point we both had goosebumps the whole time. After we ordered on a kiosk, we went to look for a table but they were all so messy some with even plates still on them. We waited and watched the screen for our food, when it came up they forgot to give us our cups and some of our food and I had to go back and ask about where the rest of it was. They gave it to me with an attitude like I should have asked the first time I came up to get the food. When we went to get our sodas, I could see why they left the plates on the table. The dishes were piling up all around the trash can area even on the trash cans themselves. The food was yummy, but because we still had time before we had an appointment, we ended up just sitting in the car were it was warm.

  It’s one of my favorite places to eat, but yesterday it wasn't even close to being at its best. It was 7:20 AM, and I stopped by to pick up some plain bagels to take to work, but they didn't have a single one—which is unbelievable at that hour. On top of that, the cashier just told me, "We don't have any right now." I asked him when they would have bagels available, and he replied grumpily, "I don't know."

  Waited 25 minutes even after I received a text message saying my food was ready for pick up. Unfriendly staff in the afternoon and the dining area was not clean at all. The soup was nearly cold and the sandwich was a looking bread with cold chicken and melted cheese. It’s my third time at this location and the staff is unfriendly especially a woman cooking the meals plus many unhappy customers complaining their orders weren’t ready.

  Place was busy but line moved fast. Found a seat near the window after circling for a minute. Staff was efficient. Parking lot out front plenty of spots

  I would not go there and it is too pricey. The foods taste okay. I ordered the French onion soup and tomato basil bacon lettuce sandwich.
