- PMPeter MullinsApr 2, 20264.0I just tried the Big Arch and to my surprise it was a VERY good burger. The only thing missing was some bacon. I would give it 8 1/2 stars. This place can get crowded and loud with students, but overall great experience as usual.

I didn't have anyone say anything at the mic so I pulled forward and waited for the guy ahead of me to get his food and leave. No one in the take order window or at the signs. I pull in behind him and someone opens the window and I ask if they are open which I know is a yes cause I just watched them serve someone. They then tell me they are actually closed already and have everything off. Even though I just saw someone get food less than 60 seconds before then. Compound this with the amount of times I am told to pull forward for a single box of fries to get 3 cars behind me leaving before I do, and this place is a joke. This is the lowest rated McDonlads in the area and is absolutely earned.

Workers have attitude and have no experience. Manager is lousy and has horrible skills at managing a fast food place leaves majority of customers angry because of the amount of times you have to wait McDonalds replace the entire staff working here no one is happy with this location also they never refill the receipts at the ordering machine because were forced to order there now and now we dont have proof of what we ordered ever Edit: im forced to go to this horrible mcdonalds every single timebecause its the closest to me and every single experience has been horrible McDonalds save us
