  There was this worker that was highly rude. She has red hair and glasses, she was acting like she was above everyone and had a bad attitude. I was getting my soda and she was practically screaming at me rudely saying that my food was there, like chill I’m getting my drink.

  It's McDonalds what's to say. They got my order correct and the food was hot which is not always the case at other McDonalds

  Mc Donald’s off Harbor exit in west Sacramento is also clean, my food is always hot and the bathrooms are clean. Also, the employees are nice. This is also my go to during my travels to and from the Bay Area.

  I am officially going to the McDonald's on Sunset from now on; this one is closer to my house but every time I go there it's either a LONG wait (fifteen minutes last week, for a single value meal - not even a big order) or my order is wrong almost EVERY TIME. You would think I would have learned to stop going there sooner. This morning, I ordered a bfast meal and two hash browns; get to work and there are four packets of ketchup at the bottom of the bag and zero hash browns. If you are going to charge a RIDICULOUS amount for hash browns, can you please at least put them in the bag? The location's staff is slow, the lobby is usually unkept and dirty. No more. Do better you guys. Got to love CA paying you a ridiculous "living wage" to get crappier service than ever before.
