- BRBhargavi ReddeApr 10, 20251.00 star Absolutely unacceptable experience at Lazy Cow. I ordered a boba drink for my child and shockingly found a piece of glass inside. We went back to report it, expecting concern or at least an apology — instead, the staff was completely unhelpful. The person there argued it had “never happened before” and acted like we were exaggerating. No accountability, no real apology. He gave us a replacement new glass bottle, claiming they clean and sanitize them thoroughly. But when we pointed out the dirty marks inside the new bottle, he just said “we clean the inside,” even though it was clearly still dirty. That response made it worse. There’s clearly a lack of hygiene, professionalism, and basic customer care here. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place — especially if you’re ordering for kids.
