He denied me my request for fresh fries twice so I told him to refund my entire order this is ridiculous. The quality of the food has gone down for some time at this location. The chicken is overcooked extremely dry, and this will be my last time here I have given it too many chances, but the rudeness Is that an all-time high at this location? Total epic fail the guy name is Ken!!!

I walked in to order a chicken sandwich combo, pay cash, and eat inside, but was told they were only accepting online orders. This was frustrating, especially since multiple employees were present and not assisting customers. Refusing an in-person, cash order from someone standing at the counter is poor customer service. I left and took my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this location has lost my business. I hope store or corporate management reviews how this policy is being enforced, as it negatively impacts loyal customers and the overall experience
