  Had a great time at Topgolf with my family! The staff was super friendly and the service was excellent, everything was quick and smooth. Fun games, great atmosphere, and delicious food made it a perfect outing. Definitely coming back!

  We came to celebrate my stepdad’s 60th birthday and booked a booth at Topgolf for a group of 11 people. Only 4 of us were actually golfing. When we arrived, the booth was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, which already set a bad tone for a planned celebration. Despite staff initially verifying our group and confirming everything was fine, we were kicked out mid-order for having “too many people” at the booth. This happened after we had already been seated and were about to spend a significant amount of money on food and drinks. No attempt was made to resolve the situation or offer an alternative—just abrupt removal. We’re a family that drinks, eats, and spends money, and this was supposed to be a milestone birthday. Instead, it was embarrassing and frustrating. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and inconsistency from staff completely ruined the experience. Very disappointing for a place that markets itself as group-friendly and event-focused.
