The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and incompetent; my order took over 20 minutes, and there were multiple customers waiting in the dining area while cars backed up in the drive-thru. The lead person preparing the burritos was opening every package and constantly rechecking the screen, which created a chaotic atmosphere. It felt like there was no organization at all. To add to the discomfort, the dining area had a dirty floor, which should have been a red flag. When I finally received my to-go order and arrived at my destination, I discovered that the order was completely wrong. The food did not meet the quality standard that Taco Bell is known for. To make matters worse, when I attempted to return to the store for assistance, I found the lobby closed with no way to contact anyone. Overall, this visit was incredibly frustrating, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I hope they can address these issues for future customers.
