Three of the times I have gotten my sandwich here I have been served by someone who I think may be the owner. I get 2x extra cheese. It has very little cheese. I get it toasted. It is supposed to be a cheese steak, but he puts the veggies on AFTER toasting it instead of before. The last two times now my bread has been stale and crunchy 1.5 inches from each end. This last time there is only about 2/3 the amount of meat as there should be, he did not weigh the meat before making the sandwich. Every other employee who makes my sandwich here does it correctly. I won't be returning.
