  Food was good! Definitely hits the spot if you’re into smashburgers. A little pricey though…don’t like places that don’t offer “combo” style meals. Staff was friendly and dining room was clean.

  Smashburger burgers are soooo good! This is a regular spot for us. And Joshua has really good customer service skills.

  Store #1754 Roseville. Daniel is friendly and takes great care of us. He checks on us after receiving our meals to ensure we are happy. Super employee!

  They closed the Smashburger near my house a while back so I was shocked to see that Smashburger is just gone and in it's place is a generic burger place with the same name and worse food. RIP to Smashburger. Killed off by private equity.

  Very slow service each time I visit this location. Usually about 10-14 minutes to get an order from the time the order is placed. Tonight I arrived at approximately 5:10 PM according to my Garmin trip time (on track all my motorcycle rides), walked in and waited in front of the register for approximately 6- 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and I was the only person waiting to be helped. A young lady walked to the registers after that time and began what looked like attempting to get logged into them / getting them working. She went back and forth between the two registers for several minutes then after that, she said only "it will be just a moment" if I recall correctly, and then spend another 4 minutes on the registers and then looked up at me waiting (no hello, how are you doing, sorry for the wait, hi welcome to smash Burger how can I help you, or anything). I gave her my order and then she said the total amount and "there is just one small question there" after I swiped my card to pay. The question was for a tip amount. I paid, she gave me a number and I thanked her and sat down with a soda I ordered and waited for the "BBQ BACON SMASH" I ordered. The burger arrived at my table at 5:42 PM. This is about 30 minutes after I arrived, and approximately 10-20 mins after I ordered. I sat and drank about 3 sodas waiting, did a bunch of daily quests on a video game I had on the phone to pass the time. It was disappointing when the burger arrived. It definitely didn't look like the ad and I get that food ass rarely look like what's delivered. The amount of onion straws on the burger seemsles to be about half as much as I expected, there was no sauce on the top bun between the bun and burger. Admittedly, the meat was great and the cheese but otherwise not a great burger. For 16.00 for a burger and a soda with the long wait time makes me think I won't be going there again. At in-n-out nearby, I'm in and outta there in the same time it took me to get my order and for less cash. At the Super duper burger the same thing as far as time to wait, but with the same cost. And the staff are asking for tips at the register when the wait time is crazy with not a lot of customers in the store? Not right in my opinion. Pics attached of the ad burger and what I received
