My daughter attempted to make a purchase at the Local Apple store and was told it had already been used. I tried talking to the EXTREMELY RUDE soccer mom manager at Safeway and was told that Safeway accepts Zero Liability on Gift card purchases and pointed to the top of their Massive Gift card rack where it states that. If you accept Zero liability, then why are you guys selling them if you cannot meet customer expectations in Fraudulent Situations. Make yourself money on the Sale, however, your customer service = NO, go jump in the Lake !!!!! I've been going to this Blue Oaks Safeway for close to 20 Years. No More......Too many other " Quality " store choices who are happy to take my money.
