  Standard food but it was cold because the manager left and “untrained” employee in charge who just kept telling us he didn’t know how to use the register and apparently answer the phone since it rang constantly and the only thing he did was move empty stacks of boxes back and forth. When the manager got back she was rude and unhelpful. The pizza was room temperature like when you were in college and ate last nights pizza for breakfast and the cheese bread was the worst thing I’ve ever tried and i normally like it from papa John’s. We will never go to this one again and honestly might not ever eat papa John’s again. If I could give the manager a rating it would be zero stars.

  We have ordered from this location more times I can count in the last five years. I don’t know what’s been going on in the last six months, but we have had wrong orders, and our deliveries have been well over an hour late. I called the store just now and the lady was short with me. Said she was busy, that it would be 15 more minutes, and then hung up. Edit: Arrived almost 2 hours late and our order was wrong!
