Corporate changes have made it as bad as any fast food experience your nightmares can conceive, beginning with a new general manager who is an older lady that has equal parts incompetence and rudeness; not a great combination for the leader of a store. The associates seem mistreated and in turn don't have any passion for their work or the customers. The result is old or poor quality food with scant portions being served frequently. One worker told me the baker dropped a batch of cinnamon rolls on the ground and was told by the GM to pick them up and refrost them before serving. That's some standard you're setting.
