  Shout out to Suzanna D! Best person at the whole establishment. She did a very good with my autistic brother. He tends to tism out sometimes and she did an amazing job handling it and making him laugh. Give her a raise. Give her more hours. Give her whatever she wants, honestly. Easily 10/10. No notes. Absolute elite-level service.

  Jolene made our experience at Outback Steakhouse exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, she brought an energy that was warm, genuine, and incredibly personable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well, but truly elevates the entire dining experience, and Jolene absolutely did just that. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with everything we needed, and had a way of making us feel like we were her top priority the entire time. Her positive attitude and natural ability to connect with people turned a simple night out into something memorable. Service like that deserves to be recognized. Jolene is a true asset to the team and a big reason we’ll be coming back.

  We came expecting a great steak from a name brand like Outback. We had a Ribeye and a steak and shrimp diner. Both of our steaks were a 2 out of 5 at best. While alot of marbling can be the melt in your mouth kind we found these were alot of grisle and fat, definiately not the quality steaks we were expecting for 40 dollars a plate. While the service was a little slow , we also had to check ourselves out on the little monitor at our table. Final obsevation, definiately not impressed.

  My experience at this Outback location was awesome. I hadn’t eaten outback since 2021 and I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my pleasant surprise there was an extremely kind server that assisted me named Suzy she was so polite Virgil friendly and attentive. The food was actually amazing and cooked very well, and engine left me with a positive experience from the host, server, bus boy. And the bathrooms were also clean I definitely recommend coming here if you’d like Outback!

  My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Lauren at this Outback Steakhouse location, and we truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the very moment we walked through the doors, Lauren made us feel like we weren’t just customers, we were family! Her warm smile, genuine kindness, hilarious banter and welcoming energy set the tone for the entire evening. It’s rare to meet someone who so naturally blends professionalism with heartfelt hospitality, but Lauren does it effortlessly. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, thoughtful in every recommendation, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. What stood out most was how personal she made the experience feel. She didn’t just serve us, she took the time to connect with us. In a world that often feels rushed and impersonal, that kind of care means everything. By the end of the night, we left not only full and happy, but genuinely grateful. Lauren turned a simple dinner out into an evening of smiles and laughter. If you’re dining at Outback Steakhouse, we can only hope you’re lucky enough to have Lauren as your server. She is an absolute gem, and she represents the very best of what hospitality should be. Thank you, Lauren, for treating us like family. We’ll definitely be back!
