I was babysitting a 4-year-old who struggled to use the bathroom sink, and Lupe stepped in immediately to help her out. Because I was a bit flustered from the situation, I forgot to ask for no mustard on my burgers—an issue since I have a mustard allergy. Even though I offered to pay for a new order, Lupe insisted on taking care of it for me. Her kindness and attentiveness made a stressful moment much easier. We need more people like her in the service industry!
