- SDSunny DNov 16, 20252.0I usually come here for candy bacon however I was a little disappointed with the bacon wasn’t as good, and also our server didn’t give us any plates with the candy bacon, so I was just eating out of the basket. The water jug they’re using is a looks like a used milk jug that had still had a milk residue, and the water wasn’t clean. There’s bits and pieces of stuff in it. I don’t know why and then once I told them about it we didn’t get the water until or meal was complete. That is why the service the service was completely bad. In addition after I paid the check server told us to have nice day while completing forgetting the fact our meal had a side dessert which never came until we reminded her; then had to wait some more. THE SERVICE WAS NONEXISTENT!!!!

The appetizers that we tried were pretty good and the craft beer selection was fantastic. Nice atmosphere but kind of dead and depressing. Oh well, if was a week night after all. After an hour wait for my dasher to pick up my food, he cancelled the order and I got a text from Doordash advising that I’d need to reach out to Lazy Dog directly for questions regarding my order. I called the restaurant and one of the managers, Lucas, was extremely apologetic. He issued a refund as well as allowed me to pick up my order at no charge as they had already made it. When I arrived, he handed me my order himself, as well as a fresh order of fries because he knew the ones I had ordered the hour prior were likely soggy. His actions made up for the bad Doordash experience, and then some. Thanks Lucas! The food itself was super tasty, seasoned perfectly, and the fries were hot. Every time I go to Lazy Dog I know I can trust that the service and overall experience will be great and this time was no different! Doordash however….🥲

- DHDee HutchinsonOct 28, 20251.0This restaurant has been hit and miss the last few times I’ve dined here. This time was a hard miss. We came for my daughter’s birthday. Reservations were made for noon (party of 7) - we were seated at 12:10. After delay, we finally had drinks; another delay, appetizers. And then, the entrees: people on one side/end of the table received theirs. Another five minutes passes and those on the other side of the table/end received theirs. Shocker: several of the newly served entrees were barely warm. Another delay of sending the food back to the kitchen and the birthday girl finally had her meal. Yay! Then she ordered her birthday dessert. Ten minutes later, the server returns to inform us that they are out of the one she ordered. A new order of ice cream was made. The only positive thing to come from the mess we encountered was that when the server returned with the ice cream, she also brought the original dessert my daughter ordered in a to-go box - comped. We left the restaurant a little over two hours after we arrived - never to return again.
