  Another poor experience at this Lazy Dog. I tried to share the feedback privately, but since the location never responded, I felt it appropriate to share in hopes it helps others. 2.5 hours for dinner - both entrees delivered either overcooked, undercooked and/or cold. No apology from management and the server was left trying to take care of kitchen operational issues on her own. Ordered the sprouts appetizer, and was given 6 total sprouts the size of marbles. This is not the norm as it's usually quite filling and good. Something is operationally askew at this location - plan accordingly for poor food, subpar service and restaurant leadership that doesn't care.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience at Lazy Dog! While the food was phenomenal—everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned—the real star of our night was our waitress, Babs. I cannot say enough good things about her. Babs was incredibly attentive from the moment we sat down. We never once had to ask for a refill; she was always one step ahead, making sure our drinks were constantly full and checking in at just the right moments. It’s rare to find service that is both professional and genuinely warm, but Babs nailed it. As much as we loved the meal, Babs is the reason we will be coming back. If you’re heading to Lazy Dog, do yourself a favor and ask for her—she truly made our night!

  Brought our family and our dog, waited 20 minutes for outdoor seating and then finally was told that they didn’t have anywhere for us because a party of 10 was coming and they would get our seats because they were a bigger party then us. Their food is usually decent but the service has been awful, we have had more problems with our order then our order actually being correct.

  They have a really good menu with variety. The kids menu is a little pamphlet with coloring and games for the kids. The fish tacos, steak (coffee rub with onions), and kid's teriyaki chicken with rice was all delicious. Only complaint was the fries weren't that great. The service is always good and the atmosphere is cozy and laid back, but with an upscale casual look. There's a very nice outdoor patio that has a fire in the middle. There can be a lot of dogs there, so be mindful of that... especially the dogs that bark at all other dogs and every time a waiter comes by.
