- ODOlivia DivenDec 25, 20251.0Every time I have been to this specific location, no matter what I get, the drink is not correct. I usually let this go, but it’s become a trend. The drinks are not cheap, so when what I receive is not what I paid for, it’s pretty frustrating. It is a waste of my time and money. The linebusters never my order read back to me, so I have to restate my order to confirm it’s correct. Even then, when I get to the window it’s wrong. My most recent visit, my mom and I got 2 iced teas. I ordered a medium extra sweet peach, blackberry, vanilla black tea with light ice. I got to the window, and the same person who took my order handed me our drinks. He said “they accidentally made it a large, so you get a free upgrade!” Normally this would be great, but they did not add the extra flavor I paid for. It was still light ice, so it was actually even more watered down. Not to mention, the employees always seem inconvenienced by customers’ presence. I am at a point where this location has lost my trust, and I don’t think I will come back. Every time I’m disappointed.

Every time I order the same drink, like a Hot Kicker, the taste is completely different... sometimes very bitter, sometimes way too sweet, and other times it’s mostly just milk with almost no coffee flavor. Each visit comes with a new mistake. I wish employees who make coffee had proper training before starting. Without it, this location is losing loyal customers and hurting its reputation.

And I ordered this drink several other times and it was full like an actual medium drink. I tried to ask the girl at the window if that’s correct and she didn’t even help . She just tried to say it was correct . Coffee is too expensive for barely any product that I payed for .

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
