- SCShaneiko CJan 17, 20261.0Will never return to this location! This guy in the black Tahoe almost hit my car in the drive thru bc he doesn’t know how to zipper merge. He was cussing me out and flipped me off before rolling up his window. If I didn’t yield to him he would’ve hit my car and I had my two young children in the car w me. There wasn’t anyone outside taking orders to prevent this hostile and aggressive behavior. The employee took his order and failed to do anything abt the situation. Spoke w management and he didn’t do anything abt it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Just felt like such a big waste of money at this location with not the best service. Even when we came up to order the drive through had 1 car and they kept looking at us from inside and it took a good 5 mins for them to finally come take our order. Definitely won’t be back at this location.

This is the only location I've had an issue with my drink being bland. So disappointing to waste my birthday drink credit on a large plain latte!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
