So I waited for another 15 minutes to finally say something to someone because nobody says anything and some other guy goes “oh yeah it’s right here “ so it was sitting there the entire time. The customer service there just isn’t good I would recommend another dominoes if you can avoid it

He okay, no problem and didn't even apologize, it seems like something they're used to. I tried to talk to someone at the store, no one answers the phone. If you can't provide the service, then don't take orders, and if you do, make sure someone contacts the customers and informs them of the delay. Outrageous service!

Watch people walk I get there order and go. Even called the store and still kept waiting. When I finally got my pizza I asked what took so long. Was told I was busy. Said lame excuse and the was flipped off. This place really needs to train these you kids on customer service.

You call and you get an A.I. phone system, then after you get transferred to someone from another country. But talking to an employee? Forget about it. Online tracking system is trash and customer service is also trash. But the pizza? Very good.
