- KBKayla B5 days ago1.0So I came here on my lunch break trying to just get some food. I was waiting in line when I was noticed the employee with red hair and a side nose ring, being very rude and condescending. It was so so alarming and disrespectful. It came to my turn and I get punched in the face with a god awful smell and realize it was the employee. The same employee that was expressing alarming behavior previously. I chose then to just take my business and time elsewhere. Will not be coming back. There should be way better customer service training. I hope the red hair employee has not done this to any other good paying customer. Very disappointed.

The employee taking my order barely put any meat on my taco, and there was no meat on the second one. When I asked if they could add more, I was ignored. Another employee stepped in and angrily continued my order. I asked for light pico and received a lot instead. To make things worse, the cashier (Graciela) was extremely rude. Overall, the treatment felt unfair and disheartening. I’ve already sent feedback to management, but I wanted others to be aware.
