  I walked out without my two burritos and salad tonight due to poor service. While the food was made, I didn’t leave with it because of the attitude from one of the women working. They were out of corn and salad, and when I asked about it, I was told they wouldn't have either tomorrow either. I didn't arrive 15 minutes before closing, this was 2 hours before closing, and it felt like they just didn’t want to put in the effort. It would’ve been nice if they’d told us upfront that they were missing key ingredients, so we could have made a different decision. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to stop supporting this business.

  The food was very good, as expected, but the service was a mixed bag. The first person who served me acted like she didn't want to be at work. She was very unfriendly, and flung one of the fillings onto my tortilla before handing my order to the second person. By contrast, the second person was very friendly and helpful, and almost seemed embarrassed by her co-worker's attitude.

  Sun, Oct 5th. Approx 740 pm. RARELY do i write negative reviews but this employee was an inspiration! We came to try out the new Red Chimichurri sauce they're offering. The experience was so rushed that we didn't get a chance to try the sauce. I asked for a bowl. The "Manager" or Lead (I'm assuming it was the lead because he barged in and made himself a meal and did something on the computer in the middle of me paying; the cashier lady had to stop what she was helping me with. He was a shorter, skinny dude. Not sure of the ethnicity, Indian maybe, not that it matters. Id just like for corporate to know who to look for.) The dude asked me what I wanted. I told him, and he rushed me through it. I asked for a little more black beans, and he put not even a quarter of another spoon on. He skipped right over asking me for fajita mix. He was just pushy, and you could tell he'd rather be anywhere else. He finished my bowl and then "helped" my girlfriend, but in the middle of him "helping" her, he had time to make his own bowl and interrupt my interaction with the cashier to "comp" his meal or whatever, and then went and set his food down on a table. His bowl looked way better than what he was serving guests, with tons of meat and topping on top. The cashier girl was sweet. But this dude needs to be trained again or just not work in customer service. I like Chipotle, but having workers like that can not be good for business; I would address that. Not coming back

  Yual is on fiiiire! Every time I come in when he's working, I got food in hand, paid, and out the door in 30 seconds, not even exaggerating. You just tell him everything you want at the beginning, and he's a million dollar machine, bam bam, bam smam! and its always CORRECT! This man knows how to multi task, be efficient, AND not make mistakes. I manage a crew of 8 employees and would love to have Yual. This man better get promoted into a position where he can utilize these skills. Comes to think of it, I might just take him of your hands Chipotle.

  I go to here all the time and they are pretty good. Theres sometimes a guy who puts very little of any scoops of food and usually at the front but he will add more if you just ask, but every other person who is on the front puts perfect portions so overall its great. Theyre all polite and the food is always good
