He was friendly, attentive and genuine from the moment we sat down. What stood out most was the way he made us feel completely at home, like we were longtime guests he was personally looking after. The food was fantastic across the board. Every dish was fresh, flavorful and clearly made with care. Tanner checked in at the right times, offered helpful suggestions and made the whole experience even better with his warm personality and professionalism. If you’re looking for great food paired with customer service that truly sets the tone, Tanner is the person you want taking care of you. I’ll definitely be back.

Bread was very dry, the pasta was dry…Chicken barely had any sauce and the pieces were way smaller than usual. Quality has definitely gone downhill. Disappointing to say the least.

Our server was Austin (he was training a new waitress, sorry, forgot her name)...Austin took the time to explain the serving styles...we finally decided and ordered dinner...Incredible dinner, incredible portions...and the staff really seemed to enjoy having us as customers...it was fun to watch other groups on tours, and we had a large party seated near us...Again Austin exhibited his passion for making everyone feel like they were dining with friends...fully intend to visit Buca on our next trip south!!

We were told that they held a gift card for the time being, and that we could pick it up and apply it to the next time we came in. After telling Greg WE DID NOT COME IN TO PICK UP THE GIFTCARD, we were gaslit and dismissed, and he dismissed our request. The staff that was allegedly going to help us out , was incredibly short and reluctant to look into the situation until we escalated. She walked away from the desk and only responded once we called to complain. I doubt customer service is really this bad, but really? Why would we lie about a giftcard when we have the money to spend on food. Poor service. I don’t care what we were compensated, the service was way below expectations and the atmosphere was dismissive, rude and avoidant.
