  This is by far the worst Dutch Bros location I have ever been to in my entire life. Every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. The drinks are consistently made incorrectly, taste watered down, and clearly lack any attention to quality or care. My most recent visit was beyond frustrating. I asked for my drink to be remade because it was watered down, and when they handed it back, it tasted exactly the same. It was obvious nothing was actually fixed and that they simply removed some ice instead of remaking it properly. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. On top of that, this location always seems understaffed, and it shows in both the service and the product. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t smile once. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for a remake, as if it’s not their responsibility to get the order right. When they handed the drink back the second time, they didn’t say a single word and just turned away, even though it was still made wrong. There was zero accountability, zero customer service, and no effort to fix the situation. What was especially concerning was seeing a cleaning product or cleaner standing right next to the area where drinks were being made. That is a serious safety and sanitation issue and should never be happening in a food service environment. It makes me question the overall hygiene standards at this location. Whoever is training and managing this team is doing a very poor job. This place is a complete waste of time and money. It feels disorganized, poorly managed, and honestly like no one there cares about the customer experience at all. I have given this location multiple chances, and it has consistently disappointed every single time. I will never be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well unless you want to deal with incorrect orders, rude staff, and a frustrating experience. I am hoping a manager from this location reaches out to me to make this right. If not, I will be filing another formal complaint.
