  There’s honestly nothing worse than going through the line at Chipotle, feeling rushed, overstimulated, and annoyed, just trying to get through it—and then walking out without even getting the meal you actually intended to order. The entire experience felt chaotic and uncomfortable. The staff was moving so fast it was like accuracy didn’t matter at all. Instead of a normal, straightforward ordering process, it felt like they were in a race to get you out the door as quickly as possible, with zero attention to detail. By the time I got my food, it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. It’s frustrating to pay for something and end up with a completely off order just because no one slowed down long enough to listen. Overall, the environment felt rushed, disorganized, and stressful—definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

  I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was under cooked. It is crunchy and makes the meal taste terrible. Chipotle should have a better quality control for foods they serve. Your restaurant reputation is on the line. Protect it always.

  I am a big fan of chipotle. I was visiting Roseville from out of state and have to say this is the best chipotle I’ve been to in awhile. I got a chicken burrito bowl, everything was so fresh and the chicken and rice were cooked perfectly (I feel like some Chipotle’s tend to have dry rice). Glad I came here!
