  Why are we as consumers still supporting companies that continuously cheat us. This is the third time that this specific Chick-fil-A, has not provided the proper portion for fries. I complained now for the third time. I ordered a large and my wife ordered a medium and we had the same amount. This box was three quarters of the way full. My last complaint was half full. I guess progress has been made (sarcasm). My daughter lives on the East Coast, I mentioned our experience and she said that she experiences the same thing. It’s time to hold these companies accountable. They complain about inflation, tariffs etc… that warrants price increases and do these type of things to us. I truly believe this is strategic within the business model and I’m sick of it. We’re taking a stand from this point forward. No more Chick-fil-A for us. I’ve had enough of complaining with no results. They will never cheat me or my family ever again!!!

  Worst location to go to had a horrible experience, not once but twice, Went once they put cheese on our order when we just ordered the plain simple number one. And thankfully, my husband didn’t eat it because he is allergic to cheese. We went back They were did our order and gave us a card for a free meal. Went back today, already started off horrible the lady taking my order was constantly getting my name wrong Which isn’t that hard, the I proceed to have to spell my name and she was still having troubles typing the words I was saying, mind you I speak fluently don’t have any Kind of accent or slur, then Proceeds to pay and I ordered two number ones and she scanned my card whenever I check the balance of how much I was charged I was charged for two, I later, then proceed to ask the man at the window. He said that it was used when the receipt shows it wasn’t, but it was still scanned. And upon to eating my food As soon as I open the bag, I realize that they didn’t give me any sauce and I asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and ketchup, so me and my husband had to have a very dry meal. And our fries where really cold already. If I could give a 0 star i would

  I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. I took it home and added 1/2 an avocado and promptly devoured it. The avocado dressing, used sparingly, helps highlight all the yummy flavors of this salad. Staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. Thanks for making it easy to fin nutritious food on the go!

  I don’t go to Chick-fil-A very often, but I figured I’d give it a shot today… and wow, what an adventure. I pulled into the dual drive-through and watched the other lane moving like it was the Indy 500 while my lane apparently went on lunch break. I honked, tried talking to the speaker… nothing. At this point I thought maybe it was decorative. Unfortunately, I already had a line behind me so I was basically committed to the slowest lane in fast food history. A few minutes later a very nice lady finally came on and apologized for the delay, which I appreciated. I pulled up to the window and got my drink… except the lid wasn’t on, so it spilled everywhere. No problem—they refilled it. Still no lid. At this point I felt like the soda and I were both just free-spirited and uncontained. Then I asked for sauce for my nuggets (which were a little on the bland side), and drove off only to discover there was no sauce… and also no straw. So there I am digging through the bag like I’m on a treasure hunt that only contains napkins. Eventually I gave up and drank the soda… which turned out to be flatter than a pancake. I’ve heard a lot of great things about Chick-fil-A, so maybe this was just a rough day for them. But my visit felt less like “my pleasure” and more like a comedy of errors. Hopefully it improves, because today’s experience was pretty disappointing.
