  Wonderful I loved the selection of condiments and the ketchup you don’t have to ask even tho all the other sauces cost which sucks but yeah good food tho

  Use to love eating here when I went to the mall Charley's was my favorite just old skoll Philly cheese with frys and soda .. but last 2 times sandwich has been terrible barely any meat on it , bun falls apart. Frys are terrible barely any soda in my cup it's ridiculous don't waste time coming here

  Such terrible service. I was standing next to the register to place an order for at least five minutes a the employees were walking by me not saying anything. Later I asked if I can place an order and only then was I informed that I had to use the kiosk. Okay fine, I thought, maybe they’re thinking I was waiting for my food. I ordered two meal to go. When I go to pick up, they give me everything of the combo separately but not in a bag. When I asked for a bag, I was told they were out. Who runs out of bags? Imagine someone walking across the mall carrying two drinks, two fries, and two sandwiches. What a mess! They didn’t even offer a cup holder or anything for the inconvenience. What terrible service.
