  Very, very slow service. Waited over 15min in drive through lane, then waited 5min at the pickup window, staring at a large brown bag while the person at the window was preparing food for the 10 cars behind me, just to find out my order of nuggets and fries were sitting in the same bag I was staring for all 5 min, untouched. When I looked inside the bag, I thought this must be a mistake. I paid $4.99 for LARGE fries only to see a tiny little white bag with fries that could be considered a small or medium. I was totally scammed at this location but did not want to argue with the person who put together the order because she said they ran out of large containers so she put them in a smaller bag (no overflow, just enough to barely fit a small or medium bag). Lesson learned. You will get scammed if you order a Large fries here because you'll get the same size for the price of a small. Also, the chicken nuggets was overly dried/overcooked. Two out of the two items ordered were not really enjoyable and the food was quite expensive actually. But I'm sure no one working here really cares anyway. Just a warning though to anyone who wants to eat here, don't expect decent food or service here.

  Haven't been to McDonald's in awhile; was disappointed. The filet o'fish sandwich wasn't anywhere near what it used to be. The taste was off.

  The chicken nuggets are always stale or burnt. For the price of fast food these days, it should be fresh and not burnt. The packaging could use some TLC, it looks like bags and napkins from a recycling center in a rundown part of town. Bring back good napkins and the good containers for the food. Presentation matters.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This McDonald’s location really stands out because they are very conscious about their environmental footprint, which I thought was unique and refreshing to see. Instead of the typical fry box, the fries come in a recyclable fry bag, even for the large size. The cups, lids, straws, and even the chicken nuggets packaging are all designed to be recyclable as well. It’s a small detail, but it shows that this location is making an effort to reduce waste. The food was fresh, the location itself is clean and well maintained, and overall it was a very pleasant stop. Just a note for anyone planning their visit: this location does not accept EBT. This location is near the shops at Montebello.
