  The women that work here need to grow up and stop having attitude every time someone comes into their store. Tall brown lady was very not welcoming and needs to re examine her life. If she doesn’t want to work there, quit!

  I had a deeply troubling experience at this location and have since filed a formal complaint with management. My friend urgently needed to use the restroom, yet the staff member refused to provide the key unless I ordered first, despite the clear emergency. After I placed the order, she continued to delay and argue, placing blame on me instead of resolving the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed she was one. Her justification for denying access was “safety reasons” due to “many homeless people,” which was both inappropriate and offensive. This explanation felt discriminatory and showed a serious lack of judgment. No customer should be treated this way when requesting help with a basic human need. I sincerely hope ownership takes accountability and addresses the conduct at this location.
