- ADAnna DiazOct 10, 20251.0I stopped by the restaurant on 10/10/25 at approximately 7pm to grab sandwiches with my kids. The girl who took our order was very slow and required me to repeat myself over and over again. She asked 3 times if I wanted it toasted. I said yes to all sandwiches. She placed them inside the toaster but and removed them after but I never saw her push any buttons. However I figured it’s her job so she knows what’s she’s doing. I continued to repeat myself with what should be inside the sandwich. Finally we paid and left. As soon as we get home I realized that all sandwiches were cold and definitely not toasted. The cheese in both was never melted. After a long day nobody has time to return back and complain. But I am definitely leaving this well deserved negative review. The girl working was way too slow, confused, and clearly couldn’t follow simple instructions. First and last time I visit that location.
