- MCMing ChuNov 17, 20251.0I stopped by this pizza hut on Nov 17, 4 pm because it was raining heavily and I had been walking in the cold for about 20 minutes (around 60°F, wind chill about 55°F). I was soaked and freezing. I tried waiting at a bus stop for 15 minutes, but the rain started blowing sideways and I couldn’t stay there any longer. I went inside the pizza hut next to the bus stop to get dry and warm up for a moment. The store manager told me I couldn’t stay inside unless I was a paying customer. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my wallet with me. I explained that I would leave as soon as the rain became manageable, and that I just needed a short break from the cold, but she continued to insist that I leave. Despite explaining my situation, she still insisted I must leave. Thankfully, the rain eased to a drizzle shortly after, so I went back outside.

- LLLeahSep 4, 20251.0do not get delivery from this location, even though you order on the pizza hut website they use door dash to deliver, if there's issues with your delivery you're basically out of luck cause nobody will be able to help you. i had ordered delivery to a motel 6 and the door dash driver drops it off at a random room claims he dropped it off with a child. a child? seriously? of course some random kid will claim a pizza even if they didn't order it. i call door dash i call pizza hut i even go through the pizza hut website, nothing but the run around. i never got my food and i never got my money back. that is absolutely ridiculous. and your store is no help, nobody can help apparently, this is a messed up system and you need to fix it.
