From the beginning she was rude to me when I asked for more ketchup. She was also yelling at an employee because she wasn’t sending the food out fast enough even though she was alone in the kitchen. She was very rude and I was shocked to see her mistreating this person and talking to her in such a way that was uncalled for. I love eating at McDonald’s but after seeing this type of behavior from a manager I am disgusted and in disbelief. Management needs to take a look at this manager and maybe even others if they are allowing this type of behavior. I will not be going to this McDonald’s ever again.
