  I had a deeply troubling experience at this location and have since filed a formal complaint with management. My friend urgently needed to use the restroom, yet the staff member refused to provide the key unless I ordered first, despite the clear emergency. After I placed the order, she continued to delay and argue, placing blame on me instead of resolving the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed she was one. Her justification for denying access was “safety reasons” due to “many homeless people,” which was both inappropriate and offensive. This explanation felt discriminatory and showed a serious lack of judgment. No customer should be treated this way when requesting help with a basic human need. I sincerely hope ownership takes accountability and addresses the conduct at this location.

  I come here almost everyday for a pb banana whey protein with EXTRA banana. I’m getting kind of frustrated having to pay almost a dollar extra for added banana when they sometimes completely forget to put it in. And I know every single time when they don’t because the consistency is completely different when you DON’T add it. I ask for more banana for a REASON literally just for the texture of the smoothie itself and I keep getting skimped. It’s already been more than once. Whoever reads these reviews- please reinforce what EXTRA even means to your employees.

  Used to be an ok place until they got my order wrong. Told them it was wrong and both employees said I ordered something I know I never order. I had to get a little assertive for them to make the order right and even then, the "right" order was done wrong.
