- JMJanie MachJan 25, 20211.0probably the worst baskin-robbins i have ever been too. outside had a strong smell of urine, but i brushed it off because i wanted ice cream. everything was going smoothly until i saw them get my ice cream. one glove?? especially during a pandemic? disgusting! i still paid for the ice cream but i should not have. the texture of the ice cream was not like any other baskin-robbins. it was more pasty than a cream. this store definitely gave me old ice cream. i didnt want to risk anything so i threw it away. i will not be coming back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
