  I went shopping today and the service was terrible. The cashiers lacked professionalism and ethics, and worst of all, the manager was awful. I think that's all he aspires to be. I don't recommend it.

  Never ordering pizza hut again! 1st I called to place an order after listening to the automated recording for over 5 minutes I decided to place an order online. Finished placing my order while still waiting for someone to answer. Finally 2 pizzas and cheesy bread were delivered with everything over cooked. The cheese was burned on everything. Had to cut the pizza myself because it wasnt done properly. I call pizza hut and again listening to the automated recording for over 15 minutes when a young ladies answers with "hello" explained how the food was delivered and all she can say is "im sorry, thats all I can do". When asked for her name, she went silent, asked again for her name she hesitantly answered "leilani" obviously not her name but cool. What happened to customer service? Pizza hut you need to do better and hire different people. Have definitely lost a customer today.

  Never again will I eat at this pizza hut. It was overcooked pizza and everything was dry. The pizza didn't have very much sauce it was like eating cheese bread. The cheesy bread didn't have much cheese and they were over cooked too. And they didn't give me all my wings I ordered or gave me the correct wings. I got BBQ ones and not mild Buffalo and the lemon pepper rub. Never again I paid too much money at this place. Also was on hold for over 35 mins before I was able to talk to someone.
