- FMFabiola MartinezSep 28, 20251.0Never ordering pizza hut again! 1st I called to place an order after listening to the automated recording for over 5 minutes I decided to place an order online. Finished placing my order while still waiting for someone to answer. Finally 2 pizzas and cheesy bread were delivered with everything over cooked. The cheese was burned on everything. Had to cut the pizza myself because it wasnt done properly. I call pizza hut and again listening to the automated recording for over 15 minutes when a young ladies answers with "hello" explained how the food was delivered and all she can say is "im sorry, thats all I can do". When asked for her name, she went silent, asked again for her name she hesitantly answered "leilani" obviously not her name but cool. What happened to customer service? Pizza hut you need to do better and hire different people. Have definitely lost a customer today.

I walked in and was greeted by a very rude worker his name tag read Raul or something of that nature and he was very rude to me while ones trying to order and he even made a comment about me and started laughing with another coworker with a patchy beard and all black outfit , no name tag. - AHAmelia HagglundAug 25, 20251.0I don't know what happened to our local Pizza Hut. I placed an order for delivery and was estimated to arrive in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes after that I get a call. All their drivers have flat tires. So I opted to pick up. I get there and there was several people waiting. Some due to having to pick up now. Which no problem, an inconvenience yes but stuff happens. Two ladies in front of me had their orders wrong. They even tried given one of them an empty pizza box (I really wish I was making this up) . Another lady, half her order was missing so they had to start that. Then it was my turn. Not to be dissapointed, they didn't start my order. Which was a lie because my wings were already sitting in their hotbox oven. After 30 more minutes my pizza comes out. Yes they gave me a few bucks off but I wished I checked my order before I left because they messed up more on top of it all. They gave me cinnasticks instead of breadsticks. They said there was a new employere there but I can't buy thats why everything was a mess and chaotic. The pizza was ok, the wings were soggy and cold and you already know about my breadsticks. I don't recommend this place. Check out one of the other pizza spots in town.

The cheesy bread didn't have much cheese and they were over cooked too. And they didn't give me all my wings I ordered or gave me the correct wings. I got BBQ ones and not mild Buffalo and the lemon pepper rub. Never again I paid too much money at this place. Also was on hold for over 35 mins before I was able to talk to someone.
