I went 15 minutes before closing , which I get is somewhat late by they’re still OPEN , they said they’d be with me shortly I waited in like for 10 MINS no one ever attended me , would’ve understood if they said they’re closing or something but they just hid in the back until closing multiple cars came and waited and no one ever attended

It’s nearly impossible to make a customer complaint at this branch. I order McDonald’s every day, at least coffee. Very, very frustrating. I’m only giving two stars because I love McDonald’s so much. Very frustrating way to start the day.
