  Very frustrating experience at Taco Bell. I had an online pickup order on Sunday evening around 9 PM and ended up waiting 36 minutes in the drive-thru because the instructions were unclear and inconsistent. The lobby was closed, but I saw other people picking up orders outside near the door. Previously, I was told that pickup is only available through the drive-thru, so I followed those instructions. Once I got into the line, I was stuck and couldn’t exit. This inconsistency and lack of clear directions caused a huge waste of time. Please make the pickup process clear and consistent for everyone.

  Great service and well made food. When I went on 03/23 around 5:30pm, it was full of young women who are clearly trying to do a good job. They can't control a random Monday rush, or the host of young kids that come in, but they can and DID control their customer service and food quality. There was a little bit of a wait, but more than understandable considering the amount of people in the restaurant waiting for food, dining, and at the drive thru.

  I'm giving him three stars food is good Call the service is it's not good there are some customers that don't know how to use the digital order and I wanted to order with a cashier and they told me to wait and I just got tired of waiting....

  Okay, it’s Taco Bell and you know what the food is going to be like. I was returning from a shopping trip and a younger me forced my truck to stop out of the blue. Went for a budget meal deal but realized jalapeños were a major up charge so I skipped them. I like spicy food and getting it here isn’t the place. Anyhow, when the food arrived I noticed Veronica added a small amount of jalapeños on the side. 😊 Made my day with a simple act of kindness. Oh, and it had been years since I had visited any Taco Bell but this particular establishment is doing their best.

  Worst Taco Bell ever 14 cars counted in drive thru not moving at all and they have one guy sweeping one counting money and two working the kitchen. That's why they work at Taco Bell.
