Nice friendly people, great service, very good bagels. I bought a Baker's dozen (13) of bagels and two tubs of smear for essentially $20 what a deal! I'm a convert. I'll Be back!

It's a busy morning getting ready for the holiday, so my husband and I ordered from here, as we've done before (at my request because they have turkey bacon-- he prefers the local Bagel Street Cafe). Our food arrived, I opened my sandwich, and was immediately upset. My sandwich not only had rotten lettuce on it (the edges curled and black), but it had pork bacon on it. Pork. I do not eat pork; its a very huge deal to me. Which is why I order the turkey bacon. Big mistake to whomever made the sandwich. Pay closer attention. It's important. And dont use spoiled produce-- it's just bad practice. Photo: unfortunately I tossed the lettuce and bacon in the trash upon seeing them. But this is what was left. Not completely appealing.
