My wife and I used to come here on our work commute almost every day and I can comfortably say that I'm on a friendly, near first name basis, with many of the workers at this store... That is when they are actually staffed. Recently the owner of this location decided to completely gut staffing to the point that it is almost impossible to make this a part of our daily commute any more. The AVERAGE wait for this location, especially in the mornings, has ballooned to almost 30 minutes. During their PEAK hours they will have at most 3 people working, if they are lucky. This change has unfortunately forced both my wife and I to find our business elsewhere and I regularly see other customers making the same choice. I find it crazy that the owner seems so concerned about loosing money to payroll that they are willing to completely destroy regular traffic at their location. I would love to be able to attend here regularly again instead of once every other week when the line isn't completely obscene. You had an amazing staff here and they did really good work only for you to ruin the entire reputation of your location practically overnight with poor management decisions. I hope for the locations ongoing success and wellbeing of the staff that actually work the store that this can change for the better in the future.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
