  I walked into Pizza Hut tonight expecting to pick up my order of two pizzas and a side of garlic cheese sticks. When I received my order, I was charged $25 for the pizzas, but my third item was missing. I asked the cashier, whose name was Ivan, about the missing item. He told me they were out of breadsticks and claimed they had tried calling me several times to let me know. However, I never received any calls. I even verified my phone number with him, and there were no missed calls or attempts. I told him I would prefer a refund for the item I didn’t receive, but he said he didn’t know how to process a refund and instead offered me a $7 credit for a future visit. When I asked to speak to a manager, he stated that he was the manager and still did not know how to issue a refund. Not only did I not receive the item I paid for, but I also didn’t receive a proper refund or any confirmed credit. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I expected much better communication and customer service. On top of everything the two pizzas I received were very unsatisfying and not up to the expectation

  That’s crazy. This here is a good so I’m coming in an order. I like a one hour waiting so that’s why I am waiting in a long time. There’s I’m talking about. He’s a be. Avi is crazy. You know give me the right time order so that’s why waiting a long time.
