  I'm very surprised no one is talking about this Mcdonalds and the young autistic mans death, ambulance should have been called not the police, The manger handled this all wrong how sad.

  My first time ever- Driven to the point of leaving an actual BAD review! It is places like this McDonald's that make you realize that not all McDonald's are created equal. This is the closest place to eat to my place of business, so I find myself at this McDonald's when I'm in a pinch and today was the final straw. Their service is consistently slow, they behave unprofessionally, and chronically leave items out of the bag that have been paid for, and the food always just tastes "off" our sub-par. The only reason I was there today was to redeem a free meal I was offered after my last visit on March 7. During that visit, after a 25 min wait in the drive thru, I'd asked if the sauce was in the bag at the window and was told "yes". I drove off, looked in the bag- no sauces. I pulled back in, walked inside, retrieved my sauces and went back to work. I opened my bag to eat, only to find that I had never been given the nuggets I ordered / paid for in the first place. The manager felt bad when I came back inside a second time, and asked me my name and told me she would offer a free meal on the books for me for next time. Today I begrudgingly visited for my free meal because I was in a pinch. I was told that without my receipt, and without the name of the manager who I talked to, I would not be getting anything. Why even offer me that to pacify me? I didn't ask for a free meal, I thought you were trying to do right. You never mentioned your name, or to "keep my receipt" Needless to say, on principle, this McDonald's is now off limits. If you value your precious time, and money in these challenging times, drive to another McDonald's in town if you want a fix. You'll thank me.

  They only give 2 dipping sauces for the 10 piece nugget meal where most McDonald's give 3, which was annoying because I didn't use ketchup with fries. They were very busy and got food prepared quickly which was a plus.

  EVERY Single Time!!!! I don’t come here often, and I live down the street, my order is ALWAYS messed up! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! My orders are simple. 2 orders of 2 for $6 Sausages McM and three hash browns. What do I get? 3 Sausage McM and 2 hash browns…. Like what???? The other time it was 2 cheeseburger happy meals w/extra fries and a #1 Big Mac, I get 1 cheeseburger HM a 4pc Happy Meal and a Bigmac w/no fries 🥴. Who the hell runs this place? This franchisee needs to pay attention to his locale 🤦🏻‍♂️
