- BBB1990RApr 3, 20261.0I usually order for pick up and this has happen multiple times . I place an order and wait 15 mins before I drive . I walk to the counter and it’s busy but I’m waiting and no one is acknowledging me . My order and other people order is sitting in the back counter . We are all standing there just waiting for someone . The manager is in the back silent . 50 mins pass after people start yelling they come to the desk . I get home and my order is incorrect . This place needs a better management team and learn how to run things . Always have someone at the front desk helping customers . Not having multiple roles

I placed a curbside pick up at 11:30am showed up at 11:40am I did everything I was supposed to do and at 11:58am still no order. I got down to pick it up at the counter and no one even said hi or attended to me. I wasn't the only one there. It was a big line but no helping anyone. I eventually got lucky and was able to get a workers attention. So if you got 28 minutes to spare for lunch spend it here!!

Waiting in line for longer times than seeming necessary for fast food drive thru. There have been times I seen my bag waiting after I pull up and it still takes time for someone to hand me this easy fries only order. I frequent this location almost everyday and it’s always the same. The line takes forever always someone needs to fix how associates are working inside to complete orders and get the line moving. Most times the wait 45 minutes.
