  The food was cold when it came out... The staff were kind and helpful, they tried to make it right. But I wouldn't recommend this specific WacArnolds to anyone who cares about having a decent meal!

  I placed an order online arrived parked at curve side, 20 minutes later still no food decide to get down, I did notice it was very packed drive thru and inside very busy so I give it sometime, I notified the young girl that was taking orders out that I’ve decided to eat inside, as I had my kids with me , she just looked at me and kept going, then 40-50 minutes later pass by and I notice people that got there after me are even done eating, place is still very busy so I finally get a managers attention, she did not hesitate she asked the previous girl the one I had approached first if she had my order she looked and said NO, the manager went ahead and prepped my order and apologized sincerely! I then get my food and I received a troubled item and she fixed the problem immediately so a Big thanks to her !

  they never give me my sauces when i get delivery. i pay for the sauces. i expect to get my sauces.

  Nice drive through: very efficient: food was hot and fresh... Nice atmosphere in the explorer I suppose🤣

  Service absolutely not working. Waiting for order 20 minutes. Personal don’t want to talk with customer. I don’t know what happened with your service but in the future I’ll try never come back to McDonald’s. Ugly service. That’s why nobody doesn’t want to visit your restaurants.
