I really don’t understand why when placing a mobile order no matter how far in advance when I arrive I am constantly told to wait in the parking lot for my food to be brought to me for an additional 10-15 min the whole point of placing an order in advance is for the convenience of arriving to your order already being ready it happens CONSTANTLY

Cashier was ill trained. Didn’t ask if order was to go. She bagged everything. We wanted to eat in the restaurant. She didn’t give me my receipt I waited 5 minutes to get someone to help me. There was absolutely no other customers in the restaurant. My salad had spoiled lettuce. I had to wait again for asking for ice for my water cup. Still there were no customers. The restaurant was warm ac was hardly working. There was a homeless person in there. I was kinda scared about eating there. He never brought anything. Just sat there. Manager was rude and unfriendly.

Worst fast food experience in a long time. Food was old and poorly made. Every item was cold, especially the French fries, which I was really looking forward too. They had the fancy soda machine with very limited flavors. I had to go back to work so I didn't ask for fresh food plus the employee had already given me attitude when I asked for the ghost pepper sauce. I will never be eating at this location again.

Just went through drive thru there were no cars in front of me when I got to the window my food was already done. Well when I got home to eat it and I’m only 3 minutes away, my burger was cold like they didn’t even cook it all the way through, nuggets were cold only hot fries.
