90 percent of the time the self order kiosk doesnt work and we have to order at the counter with a person like we use to do in the olden days lol last time we placed a large order and the kiosk froze and we couldn't place the order and everyone in line behind us moved to the counter and we were not happy. We went to the worker to tell them and they didnt help us right away to place the order again, and made us wait in line. Also shame on the adults for disregard to me and my family. Staff friendliness is hit or miss, this particular visit the girl that took our order acted like we were bothering her.

Spent $38 when I asked for a ranch at the window they told me that they had to charge me for it. just rude.

Too bad they charge for basic items like ketchup, bbq sauce, and cups. Next they will charge to sit in the dinning room. Lol. Bring an extra few dollars for the basics....
