came into this Wendy’s today at 2:30 PM did not feel welcomed at all. Wasn’t offered to order I was standing there trying to order so i could use the restroom after but wasn’t helped at all. They just stared at me like I was crazy.i was trying to use a restroom and was told only one restroom was for the public and the other was for employees only even though It was open so I just ended up leaving ,the lady at the front desk with The mask did not help at all or the other cook that walked right by me .so I think lll go eat somewhere else.

I ordered the apple pecan salad there was no dressing an no pecans with the order. I tried calling the restaurant and they kept hanging up the phone. I am very disappointed with the service I received

I go here literally all the time I have never had an issue. The one time I do I try to call because I was on my way into work and couldn’t turn around. And they kept answering the phone and immediately hanging up. So I couldn’t even explain the issue. I work in food so I get stuff happens but to not even answer the phone? I had to call corporate to get any form of help and I didn’t want to be that person . But I’m not spending 11 dollars on ROTTEN milk in my coffee. It is literally chunky and sour. I get the coffee every morning. This is the first time it’s tasted like this. And honestly I’m more frustrated they can’t even answer the phone when all I wanted was to come by later and get a new one. Ridiculous
