And they kept answering the phone and immediately hanging up. So I couldn’t even explain the issue. I work in food so I get stuff happens but to not even answer the phone? I had to call corporate to get any form of help and I didn’t want to be that person . But I’m not spending 11 dollars on ROTTEN milk in my coffee. It is literally chunky and sour. I get the coffee every morning. This is the first time it’s tasted like this. And honestly I’m more frustrated they can’t even answer the phone when all I wanted was to come by later and get a new one. Ridiculous

I was having issues with my bank on my app so I was at the first window mind you no one was behind me and she sticks her hand out the window and says hello like I’m dumb or something… And I told her When I got to the window, I was having issues with my bank. I was trying to figure out and I gave her my card. She has an attitude like she doesn’t wanna be there And I just felt like she kept giving dirty. Looks the Small amount of time I was in line I don’t know what her problem is, but her attitude just ruined my day and I didn’t get a receipt
