- RRRaulDec 30, 20251.0This used to be my favorite spot for pizza. I don't know if they hired new cooks or what, but my last experience was terrible. The XL pizza we ordered was covered in flour, which left a pasty film in our mouths. When I called, I was simply told, "That's how we make our pizzas—you don’t like it." I also mentioned that the pizza seemed undercooked, and I later realized it was because the dough was far too thick. I'm not someone looking for handouts, but the least they could have done was offer to remake it. The call ended with them saying, "I'll let the kitchen know about the flour, but I won't mention the cook on the pizza because they are all cooked the same way on the conveyor belt. I hope you enjoy it." It's crazy to tell someone to "enjoy" their food after they've just complained about it, without even a hint of an apology. I've attached pictures it's hard to tell, but the whitish-yellow spots are clumps of flour.

I have tried most of the pizzas here and none have disappointed. Thank you for the quality. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
