Couldn’t find my receipt so I can’t even check what I was charged but ya pretty disappointed. I ordered the new discovery box, cheese bean and rice burrito, large fries and a soft taco.
- SSSoundwaveOct 2, 20251.0Because I’m feeling generous I’m giving one star the food was cold the manager Jose was disrespectful and he would harass the employees Jose English was terrible and I felt rushed when ordering and he couldn’t even understand English and that when I went up to pay to the window and he looking at me weird and it made me uncomfortable and that I’ve been going to the van Buren location and I had no problem at other locations until I had to deal with and van buren was unprofessional and at least Arlington has better service and employees that actually speak English and understand it and the general manager at Arlington Lupe is better guy than Jose so stay and I will be contacting corporate about this event and it’s worth taking a few minutes out of your day to go to Arlington

I ordered today and they called saying they didn’t have ground beef, that if we wanted to substitute for chicken or something else. What kind of restaurant that mainly has ground beef on their menu doesn’t make enough?? Definitely done ordering from the app because at this point I rather drive to a different store
