I ordered extra sour cream with my burrito, which I explicitly requested. However, after eating the burrito, I noticed that the extra sour cream I paid for was missing. I approached the front desk to address this issue. The employee there claimed she had added the sour cream and even showed me her screen confirmation, but upon inspecting my burrito, there was no sign of the sour cream. The employee's attitude was dismissive and somewhat insulting, which was unprofessional. I requested to speak with the manager. She came over and asked, "What is happening?" I explained the situation clearly and asked for a refund for the missing sour cream. The employee followed my instructions to process the refund. Due to this experience, I have decided not to return to this location. I recommend seeking out another restaurant in the area that is known for better service, professionalism, and integrity. I went in and asked for a manager was I honored for well over 20 mins until a lady came in that spoke English. She basically told me I have to wait for a refund and I could pay AGAIN FORmy order but I ordered online exclusives and she would not honor the price. Yeah I WILNEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!! Not one person spoke English and only served drive thru the lady in front of me was inline inside for 10mins before me and was ignored. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE CALL CORPORATE!!!
